1. Introduction

Welcome to LawDesk, accessible at estatelawdesk.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, legal services, digital offerings, and goods. 2. Scope of Services

LawDesk provides professional legal services related to real property transactions, contracts, and related matters. Services may include consultations, document drafting, title reviews, due diligence, and representation before regulatory bodies. All service engagements are initiated upon execution of a separate engagement agreement.

3. Digital Products

LawDesk offers informational courses, guides, and templates delivered in digital format ("Digital Products"). Access to Digital Products is granted upon full payment and registration. Digital Products are licensed, not sold; you may use them for personal or internal business purposes only.

4. Physical Goods

LawDesk may offer printed manuals, sample forms, and branded merchandise ("Goods"). Goods are subject to availability and will be shipped to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Payment and Billing

All fees, including service fees, Digital Product fees, and charges for Goods, are described in your purchase invoice or engagement agreement. Payment methods include credit card and bank transfer. Fees are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for complete satisfaction. Refunds and rescheduling options vary by offering type as follows:

6.1 Professional Services

If you cancel a scheduled service no later than 48 hours before its start, a full refund will be processed by the original payment method within 30 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service start are not eligible for refund due to the allocation of dedicated professional time. Services may be rescheduled up to one time without fee, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

6.2 Digital Products

Requests for a refund of Digital Products must be submitted no later than 14 days after purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused Goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 days. If the Goods are defective, contact us immediately for a replacement at no additional charge.

6.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Customized legal documents and completed filings are final and non-refundable once delivered, as they involve irreversible professional work and resource commitment. All custom drafting and filing services fall under this non-refund provision.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on estatelawdesk.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by LawDesk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawDesk’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
